We want our clients to win and we want them to achieve their objectives. Our clients become our friends and their issues become our issues. Therefore, we use our background, experience, work ethic, and tenacity to help our client’s accomplish what they ask us to do, and we do it on time and on budget.
Whether our clients need public affairs or public relations counsel, advocacy, state of the art quantitative or qualitative marketing research, or political polling or consulting, we understand how important our work is to them, so we do everything in our power to accomplish their goals!
OUR CRISIS MANAGEMENT
When you’re in crisis mode, you need someone who has been there before and handled tough situations, someone who knows the media and what they are looking for – that’s what we do.
We have guided a Fortune 500 corporation through bankruptcy, helped an apartment owner dealing with a murder on his property, and helped a major statewide political figure get through a controversy, among others. Mitchell Research & Communications, Inc. has been the company that statewide, regional, and local political figures and corporate leaders go to when they’re in trouble.
When you’re in trouble, you need a calm, experienced counselor to get you through a tough time. We have done it over and over for people and companies you know. Why aren’t they mentioned here? Because, we don’t publicize who our crisis clients are. It’s not about us, it’s about protecting them!
When you need something done, it’s often not what you know, but who you know. We have built strong relationships with major political, corporate, and media leaders and we use these relationships to help our clients.
Too often in politics, business, and even life, people use other people and then discard them when they are no longer useful. We don’t do that and we never have. We’re happy when our friends are up, but more importantly we stand by our friends when they’re down. We’re with them during hard times, because it’s the right thing to do. Because we’ve always been with them, these leaders have always helped us, and those relationships benefit our clients.
